• Guests must present a valid means of ID (NIN, driver's license, or international passport) before check-in — the same applies to any co-guest.
• First-time guests may be asked to complete a short verification form before arrival.

• Smoking is not permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is fine, provided it doesn't disturb neighbours and the area is kept clean.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Breaching either rule may mean being asked to leave without a refund.

Penalty for smoking within the flat: ₦100,000.

• Parties and large gatherings aren't permitted without prior approval — Marina Apartments sits within a residential compound, and we're mindful of neighbours.
• Any approved gathering must stay within the flat's maximum occupancy.

• Maximum of 4 guests per flat.
• Day visitors are welcome, but overnight stays beyond the agreed headcount need to be arranged in advance.

Extra guest fee: ₦30,000 per additional person.

• Please keep noise — music, TV, conversation — to a respectful level overnight, out of consideration for neighbours.
• The exact quiet-hours window will be shared with you when you reach out to book.

• Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk — we're not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

• Free Wi-Fi is provided, with access details shared at check-in.
• As with most connections in Nigeria, occasional downtime is possible and isn't guaranteed.

• Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• A refundable caution deposit is required before check-in.
• The deposit is refunded after checkout, once the flat is inspected and no issues are found (damage, missing items, excess cleaning, or policy breaches).

Refundable security deposit: ₦70,000 per flat.

• Full payment is required to confirm a booking — a booking isn't considered confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged.
• Confirmed bookings are non-refundable, since those dates are held exclusively for you and other bookings may be turned away as a result.
• Payment account details are shared directly once you reach out to book.

• Please check the flat thoroughly before leaving — we'll make reasonable efforts to reach you if something is found.
• Retrieval is the guest's responsibility; unclaimed items after a reasonable period may be donated or disposed of.

• Marina Apartments is within a residential compound with standard estate security.
• We're not liable for health incidents during a stay, loss from forced entry, or accidents arising from guests' own activities on the property.

• Management may need to access the flat, with reasonable notice, for inspection, maintenance, repairs, or in an emergency.

• Guests agree not to use Marina Apartments' name, address, or facilities for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, during or after their stay.
